The BAY Bistro Welcome to the BAY Bistro in Munyonyo. We offer a unique setting on the Lake Victoria. The restaurant is situated next to Lake Victoria and you are welcome to moor the boat. Come and enjoy home cooked food in a relaxed environment. Have your meal in the garden while enjoying the lake view and hearing the call from the fish eagle. The breeze from the lake will blow all your stress away! In the evenings you are welcome to sit by the campfire and enjoy the African night and all the sound from cicadas and frogs. Our staff will serve you a cold sundowner. The BAY menu is a mix of South African and European influences. We serve sumptuous burgers with our own secret recipe. Fish cakes, lamb curries, tempura prawns, grilled prawns, fresh salads, pork ribs, steak with béarnaise sauce or just order a pizza. We always have a selection of desserts that vary to the mood and season. We are building up a fine selection of wines and sparkling. You are welcome to book the BAY for private and coorporate functions. We can tailor made a menu that suits you and your clients. Book one of our boats for a day out cruising on lake Victoria.
